Servicing

Domestic Appliance Servicing is at the heart of our business. All of our permanent staff have, at some point, been involved in repairing Domestic Appliances. This means that from your very first point of contact, you will talk to someone who understands your problem. Where possible, our helpful staff will always give you free advice to try and solve your problem over the phone, many years of experience allow us to do this and we believe this kind of service is very rare with the ever increasing number of unhelpful call centres today.

We realise that busy lifestyles mean that we rely on our appliances more than ever and so we will endeavour to send an engineer out to you as quickly as possible, often this is on the same day.

Our engineers are experienced and fully trained. We are Authorised Service Agents for Miele Appliances. Our engineers carry the very latest diagnostic equipment and regularly attend training courses at Miele Headquarters. We also service all other German Appliances and most other leading brands.

However, if we can’t help you, we will almost certainly know someone who can – so please call anyway!

We believe our service charges are very fair, unlike other companies we don’t charge per hour, but break our time down into: Call-out including first half hour and then charge per 10 minutes. This means that you only pay for time that our engineers are there, not after they have left! Please phone for our current Call Rates.


We will always try to complete your repair on the first visit, this is in everyone’s interest and if we need to call back we will only charge any additional labour, not a second call out charge. All parts and labour are fully guaranteed.




Installation of new Appliances

We offer a full installation service when you purchase a new Appliance from Tullys.
All Freestanding Appliance prices include installation to suitable existing services.
Unlike most other big companies, this INCLUDES disconnection of your old appliance and we will even give your floor a quick clean before we put the new one back!
We have a standard charge for most Integrated Appliances, please call for details.

We believe that this provides you with outstanding Service and value for money. However, we don’t stop there. It is our pledge to try and overcome whatever problems we might face when installing your new machine. If we find a seized stopcock – we will change it, if we find a faulty electrical socket – we will change it, if we find a blocked waste pipe we will try to unblock it. In short we will not dump your machine in the middle of your kitchen and leave you disappointed. We may charge you a small additional fee for these parts and services, but this is far better than calling a plumber or electrician and facing a hefty bill!We will round off our installation with a full demonstration so that you understand how to use your new appliance and give you some tips on how to maintain it.
